One Stop Community Christmas 2026 Family Registration Details

Family Registration for One Stop Community Christmas 2026 will open on Wednesday, November 4 at 10:00am. Registration will close Friday, November 6, at 11:59pm. (Unless we reach the maximum family count, registration will close early.)

Family registration will be ONLINE only at our website: https://onestopcommunitychristmas.com/.
One Stop serves residents within Clark, Coles, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Moultrie and Shelby counties.

  1. Just a reminder that One Stop shares our lists with other Christmas assistance programs. When you register for One Stop 2026, you will verify that you have not registered with another Christmas program. By signing up for our program, you are granting permission for us to share our lists.
  2. One Stop Community Christmas serves the parent/legal guardian of the child(ren). If grandparents are the legal guardian, they can register the child(ren). If parents are separated, both parents cannot register the same child. We do allow two people to shop, so parents could shop together and then split the gifts for two households, as they see fit.
  3. Registration is online only, on our website (link above), opens Wednesday, November 4th, at 10am, and will close at 11:59pm on Friday, November 6th, unless we reach our max number of families, then registration closes immediately. You must live in one of the seven counties that we serve: Coles, Douglas, Moultrie, Shelby, Cumberland, Clark or Edgar.
  4. You can complete the registration on your phone. If you have access to a bigger screen (tablet, laptop, etc), it is easier to view.
  5. You will need to know (for each child, newborn to 18), underwear/diaper/pullup size, sock size, and pajama size. The size you register for is the size that you will need to take on One Stop day. If your child is in a snug 3T today, maybe think about going up in size.
  6. Please take your time filling out the form. Double check your email address, sizes, birthdates, and names, before you hit submit.
  7. ​After you register you will receive a confirmation email. Check your spam and/or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

  9. The day of One Stop (Saturday, December 12, 2026) you will need to bring your photo ID and each child's (Newborn to 18, only) social security card.
